Facebook Integration and Lead Data (Meta Platforms)
TasKey allows users to optionally connect their Facebook account to TasKey through Meta's official authorization process in order to synchronize Facebook Lead Ads information with the TasKey CRM.
When a user connects their Facebook account and grants the required permissions, TasKey may access information associated with the Facebook Pages and Lead Ads functionality that the user has authorized.
This information may include:
- A list of Facebook Pages managed by the user.
- Business Manager or Meta Business information associated with the user, where authorized.
- Information about Lead Generation Forms associated with connected Facebook Pages.
- Lead Form identifiers, names, status, and other information necessary to synchronize authorized Lead Forms with TasKey.
- Lead data submitted through connected Facebook Lead Forms, which may include information such as name, email address, phone number, and other fields submitted by the lead.
- Information necessary to associate a submitted lead with the relevant Facebook Page and Lead Form.
Purpose of Using Facebook Data
Facebook data is used exclusively to provide the Facebook Lead Ads integration requested by the user.
TasKey may use authorized Facebook data to:
- Allow the user to select and connect a Facebook Page to TasKey.
- Synchronize existing Facebook Lead Generation Forms associated with the user's connected Page.
- Display synchronized Facebook Lead Forms within the TasKey CRM.
- Associate Facebook Lead Forms with the appropriate TasKey CRM lead source.
- Receive notifications from Meta when a new lead is submitted through a connected Facebook Lead Form.
- Retrieve authorized lead information associated with a new Lead Ads submission.
- Create and display the corresponding lead within the user's TasKey CRM.
- Maintain synchronization between authorized Facebook Lead Ads activity and the TasKey CRM.
- Allow the user to view and manage their synchronized lead data within TasKey.
TasKey uses Page-level integration and webhook functionality only as necessary to provide the authorized Lead Ads synchronization service.

Access to Facebook data is granted only after the user provides explicit authorization through Facebook Login or another official Meta authorization process.
Real-Time Lead Synchronization
When a user connects and authorizes a Facebook Page for Lead Ads synchronization, TasKey may configure the necessary Page-level webhook subscription to receive notifications regarding new Lead Ads submissions.
When a person submits a connected Facebook Lead Form, Meta may send a notification to TasKey indicating that a new lead has been generated.
TasKey uses the authorized information associated with that notification to retrieve the relevant lead data and synchronize the lead with the user's TasKey CRM.
The purpose of this functionality is to allow users to receive Facebook Lead Ads leads in TasKey without manually exporting or importing leads.
Facebook Lead Form Synchronization
TasKey may synchronize Lead Generation Forms associated with a Facebook Page that the user has authorized.
The synchronized information may include the Lead Form name, identifier, status, and other information necessary to identify and associate the form with leads received through Facebook Lead Ads.
TasKey uses this information solely to provide the Lead Ads CRM integration and to allow the user to identify the source of leads within TasKey.
TasKey does not create, edit, or manage the user's Facebook advertising campaigns through this functionality.
