What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser while you use a website. Cookies are used to recognise the browser across pages and visits, to remember preferences, for security and for measurement. Alongside cookies, a website may also store information in the browser's local storage - a similar mechanism in substance, and this policy applies to it as well.
We use cookies for operation, security, measurement and improving the user experience, as well as third-party cookies. Continued use of the website constitutes consent to the use of cookies. You may block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
What is stored on an ordinary visit?
On an ordinary visit - without arriving from a campaign or from another website, and without any action on your part - the website sets one cookie of its own: tk_sid, a random visit ID used to count visits, which does not contain your name or contact details and expires after 30 minutes. When the Meta Pixel is active, its cookies load as well, as listed in the table. The other cookies are created only when the condition stated next to each of them is met.
Cookies used by this website
| Name | Type | Purpose | When it is created | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
tk_attr |
Cookie · first party | Stores how you reached the website - the first and the most recent arrival: campaign parameters such as utm_source, gclid and fbclid, the landing page, and the address of the referring website (for example a search engine or a social network) - so that we can tell which channel an enquiry submitted through the signup or contact forms, or by clicking the WhatsApp button, came from, also on a later visit. It does not contain your name or contact details. | Only when arriving with campaign parameters in the address, or from another website | One year from the last visit |
tk_attr |
Local storage · first party | The same information, keeping both the first and the most recent source. It is not sent to the server on its own. | Only when arriving with campaign parameters in the address, or from another website | Until manually cleared |
tk_sid |
Cookie · first party · measurement | A random visit ID, used to count how many visits the website had and from which campaign, and how many of them reached a form or an enquiry. The ID does not contain your name or contact details. The IP address and the browser's identification string are not stored (only the device type - mobile, tablet or desktop - and whether the page opened inside the Facebook or Instagram app), and form contents are not recorded. The pages viewed during the visit and the referring website are recorded. The data is kept on the website's server for up to 180 days. | On every visit | 30 minutes from the last action |
tk_cookie_ok |
Local storage · necessary | Remembers that you acknowledged the cookie notice, so that it is not shown again on every page. | When you click "הבנתי" on the cookie notice | Until manually cleared |
contrast, readable, underline, marktitles, incfont, decfont, animations, keyboard |
Cookies · preferences | Remember the accessibility adjustments you selected in the accessibility toolbar (contrast, readable font, larger text, keyboard navigation and so on), so they persist across pages and visits. They are not sent to the server and do not identify you. | Only when an adjustment is switched on in the accessibility toolbar | Until the adjustment is switched off or manually cleared |
_fbp | Cookie · marketing (third party: Meta) | Identifies the browser for measuring Facebook and Instagram campaigns and showing relevant ads. | On every visit, when the Facebook pixel loads | 90 days |
_fbc | Cookie · marketing (third party: Meta) | Stores the click ID (fbclid) when arriving from a Facebook or Instagram ad, so the enquiry can be attributed to the ad. | Only when arriving from a Meta ad | 90 days |
tk_su | Cookie · first party · measurement | Keeps the plan and the number of users chosen in the signup form, and the phone, email and name as one-way hashes (SHA-256) only, so the signup can be reported to Meta once after the payment. Deleted on the thank-you page, and not readable by scripts in the browser. | When the signup form is sent | Up to 3 hours |
proginter-* |
Local storage · security | A technical value belonging to the bot-protection layer of our hosting provider (Proginter), which protects the site against malicious automated traffic. | During a platform security check | Temporary |
Third-party services
| Service | What it is used for | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts fonts.googleapis.com · fonts.gstatic.com |
Loading the typeface the website is displayed in. | Sets no cookies on this website. As with any file loaded from an external network, the visitor's IP address and browser are disclosed to Google in order to deliver the font, subject to Google's privacy policy. |
| Meta Pixel and Conversions API connect.facebook.net · graph.facebook.com | Measuring Facebook and Instagram campaigns. | Page views, form submissions (without the form content), IP address, browser type and Meta cookies, subject to Meta's privacy policy. The website also reports the same events (page view, form sent, checkout and signup) to Meta from its own server, with the same details; when a form is sent, the phone, email and name are also passed, as one-way hashes (SHA-256) only, to attribute the enquiry to the ad. The message you wrote is not passed on. |
| WhatsApp wa.me |
Contact links via WhatsApp. | Sets no cookies on this website. The link opens WhatsApp only after you deliberately click it, and from that point WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. |
The website loads the Meta Pixel for campaign measurement, as detailed in the tables above. Apart from it, the website loads no analytics tools or third-party tracking scripts; it counts its own visits, without IP addresses (the tk_sid cookie). Should any such tools be added, this document will be updated accordingly.
Cookies inside the CRM itself
This policy covers the marketing website only. The TasKey CRM system, which is reached at a separate address after logging in, sets its own necessary cookies in order to identify the user and maintain the session. Use of the system is subject to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
How to block or delete cookies
You may block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. In all common browsers this is found under privacy and security, and allows you to block cookies, delete existing ones, or browse in a private window where cookies are cleared when it is closed.
Please note: blocking cookies is entirely your right, but it may affect some functions of the website - for example, the cookie notice will reappear on every page, and the accessibility adjustments you selected will not persist between pages.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, in line with changes to the website, to the services integrated into it, or to applicable law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
