Facebook Integration and Lead Ads — Meta Platforms

TasKey allows Users to optionally connect their Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") account to the TasKey CRM in order to synchronize authorized Facebook Lead Ads information and leads.

By connecting a Facebook account, the User authorizes TasKey to access certain information in accordance with the permissions explicitly granted by the User, the functionality requested by the User, and applicable Meta Platform policies.

The Facebook integration is optional and is initiated by the User.

Facebook Permissions and Authorized Access

TasKey may access information only after obtaining the User's explicit authorization through Facebook Login or another official Meta authorization process.

Depending on the permissions granted by the User and the functionality enabled, TasKey may access:

• A list of Facebook Pages managed by the User (pages_show_list).
• Business Manager or Meta Business information associated with the User (business_management).
• Information required to support authorized Facebook Lead Ads and Lead Generation Forms.
• Information about Lead Generation Forms associated with authorized Facebook Pages.
• Lead Form names, identifiers, status, and related information necessary to synchronize authorized forms.
• Lead information submitted through authorized Facebook Lead Forms (leads_retrieval).
• Page-level information required as part of the authorized Lead Ads integration (pages_read_engagement).
• Page-level metadata and webhook subscription functionality required to receive Lead Ads events (pages_manage_metadata).
• Read-only advertising performance information where the User has separately authorized the ads_read permission.

TasKey only requests and uses permissions necessary to provide the functionality authorized by the User.

Facebook Lead Form Synchronization

The User may connect an authorized Facebook Page to TasKey for Lead Ads synchronization.

After authorization, TasKey may synchronize existing Lead Generation Forms associated with the connected Facebook Page.

The synchronized form information may include:

• Lead Form name.
• Lead Form identifier.
• Form status.
• Associated Facebook Page.
• Other information necessary to identify and synchronize the Lead Form.

The purpose of this functionality is to allow the User to view and identify their Facebook Lead Forms within TasKey and associate incoming Facebook leads with the correct form and CRM records.

The User remains responsible for the Facebook Page, Lead Forms, advertising campaigns, and information submitted through those forms.

TasKey does not claim ownership of the User's Facebook Lead Forms.

Facebook Lead Synchronization

When a person submits a Lead Generation Form associated with a connected Facebook Page, TasKey may receive a notification through Meta's supported Lead Ads webhook functionality.

Where authorized and technically required, TasKey may maintain a Page-level webhook subscription for the purpose of receiving Lead Ads events.

TasKey may then retrieve the authorized lead information associated with the Lead Ads submission and synchronize that information with the User's TasKey CRM.

The synchronized information may include information submitted by the lead, such as:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Other fields submitted through the Lead Form.
• Facebook Lead ID or other identifiers required to prevent duplicate synchronization.
• Associated Facebook Page and Lead Form information.

The purpose of this functionality is to allow the User to receive Facebook Lead Ads leads directly within TasKey without manually exporting and importing those leads.

User Responsibility for Lead Data

The User is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis to collect and process information submitted by individuals through their Facebook Lead Forms.

TasKey provides the CRM synchronization functionality but does not determine the User's legal basis for collecting or processing lead information.

The User is responsible for ensuring that their Lead Forms, advertisements, privacy notices, and lead collection practices comply with applicable laws, Meta policies, and other applicable requirements.

No Advertising Management

TasKey's Facebook Lead Ads integration does not require TasKey to create, edit, publish, optimize, or otherwise manage the User's advertising campaigns.

Users may continue to create and manage their Facebook advertising campaigns directly through Meta's advertising tools.

TasKey does not represent itself as a replacement for Meta Ads Manager.

Any advertising performance information accessed through ads_read is provided in read-only form for CRM reporting and analysis.

Purpose of Using Facebook Data

The data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Selecting Facebook Pages managed by the User.
• Displaying leads within the TasKey dashboard.
• Viewing and managing only the User's own lead data.

TasKey does not publish content to Facebook, send automated messages, run advertising campaigns, modify Facebook assets, share Facebook data with third parties, or collect data without the User's explicit action.

No Page Content Management

The Facebook Lead Ads integration does not authorize TasKey to publish, modify, or manage the User's Facebook Page posts, comments, or other Page content unless a separate functionality is explicitly introduced and separately authorized.

The pages_read_engagement permission, where required and authorized, is used only as part of the supported Facebook Page and Lead Ads integration and not to create unrelated Page-management functionality.

User Authorization and Revocation

The User must explicitly authorize the Facebook integration before TasKey can access the applicable Facebook data.

The User may disconnect the Facebook integration through TasKey or revoke TasKey's authorization through Meta's account or business settings.

After authorization is revoked, TasKey will cease accessing new Facebook data through that authorization.

TasKey cannot control changes made by Meta to the User's permissions, access tokens, APIs, Page access, Lead Forms, advertising accounts, or other Meta services.

Facebook Data Retention and Deletion

Facebook-related information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested CRM functionality, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or otherwise as permitted by applicable law.

Users may request deletion of Facebook-related data by contacting:

privacy@taskey.co.il

Users may also submit a Facebook-related data deletion request through:

https://taskey.co.il/facebook-data-deletion

After verification of the request, applicable Facebook-related data will be deleted within thirty (30) days unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

Meta Platform Compliance

TasKey's use of Meta Platform data is subject to the applicable Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, Meta Data Use Policies, and other applicable Meta requirements.

TasKey accesses Meta Platform data only through supported Meta authorization and API mechanisms and only for the functionality requested and authorized by the User.

Meta may independently modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its APIs, permissions, products, or services. TasKey shall not be responsible for changes or interruptions caused by Meta.

Use of Advertising Data

TasKey CRM integrates with Meta Platforms to display advertising performance data in read-only mode.

By connecting a Facebook account and granting the applicable permission, the User authorizes TasKey CRM to access advertising performance data using the ads_read permission.

Such information may include advertising performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, advertising spend, results, and other available performance metrics.

TasKey CRM does not create, modify, manage, publish, or optimize advertisements on the User's behalf.

The User may disconnect their Facebook account at any time, at which point TasKey CRM will cease accessing advertising data through the revoked authorization.

WhatsApp Business Platform Integration

TasKey CRM provides an optional integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta").

This integration enables businesses to securely connect, manage, and communicate through their own WhatsApp Business Account using Meta's official Embedded Signup process and official WhatsApp Business Platform APIs.

The integration is initiated solely by the User.

TasKey CRM does not access any WhatsApp Business assets until the User has explicitly authenticated with Meta and granted the required permissions during the Embedded Signup authorization process.

User Authorization

By choosing to connect a WhatsApp Business Account, the User authorizes TasKey CRM to access and manage the WhatsApp Business assets that have been explicitly approved through Meta's authorization process.

The permissions granted are limited to those required to provide the WhatsApp Business features requested by the User.

Users may revoke these permissions or disconnect the integration at any time through TasKey CRM or through their Meta Business settings.
