Our commitment to accessibility

TasKey attaches the highest importance to making its content and services accessible to people with disabilities, and works to meet the Israeli standard for web accessibility (IS 5568) at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

The accessibility toolbar

Every page of the website shows an accessibility button that opens a menu of personal adjustments. The menu lets you turn on:

  • Keyboard navigation - highlights the active item, for navigating without a mouse.
  • Stop animations and flashing - stops movement on the page.
  • Contrast - a high-contrast mode.
  • Increase and decrease text - changes the font size on the page.
  • Readable font - switches to an easy-to-read font.
  • Highlight headings and highlight links and buttons - emphasizes the structure of the page.

Other accessibility measures on the website

  • The website supports full navigation by keyboard alone.
  • Text is shown in high contrast.
  • Screen readers are supported through standard semantic HTML.
  • All images on the website have text alternatives (alt).
  • Text can be enlarged with the browser (Ctrl + / Ctrl -).
  • A clear, hierarchical heading structure on every page.
  • The website is available in Hebrew with full RTL support, and in English.
