User Data Deletion Instructions

TasKey respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Meta (Facebook) Platform Policies and all applicable data protection laws.

This page explains how users can request the deletion of personal data collected through the TasKey application as part of its Facebook integration.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, TasKey will delete all Facebook-related data associated with the User’s account, including:

Information about connected Facebook Pages.
Business Manager identifiers.
Lead data collected from Facebook Lead Forms and synchronized with the TasKey CRM system.

This policy applies only to data obtained through the Facebook integration. Any other data not related to Facebook is handled in accordance with TasKey’s general Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp Business Data Deletion

If you have connected your WhatsApp Business Account to TasKey CRM and wish to delete your WhatsApp Business related data, you may request deletion at any time.

To submit a deletion request, please contact us at:

After verifying your request, TasKey CRM will delete the WhatsApp Business data associated with your account, including, where applicable:

WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) connection details
WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID)
Phone Number ID
Business Profile information stored by TasKey CRM
WhatsApp message templates synchronized with TasKey CRM
WhatsApp Business configuration data stored within TasKey CRM
Other WhatsApp Business integration data associated with your account

Verified deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Please note that deleting your data from TasKey CRM does not delete your WhatsApp Business Account or Meta Business Account. You may also revoke TasKey CRM’s access at any time through your Meta Business settings.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Request via Email (Recommended)

You may request the deletion of your Facebook-related data by sending an email to:

Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your request:

Your full name.
The email address associated with your TasKey account.
A clear request to delete your Facebook-related data.

Option 2: Disconnect the Facebook Integration

You may disconnect your Facebook account directly within the TasKey platform or remove the TasKey application from your Facebook account settings.

Please Note: Disconnecting the integration will stop any future data processing but will not delete existing Facebook-related data unless an explicit deletion request is submitted.

Deletion Timeline

After your request has been verified, TasKey will delete the requested data within thirty (30) days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
