(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), is owned and operated by TasKey and/or TasKey Ltd. (B.M.G. Communications Ltd., Company No. 204506679) and/or its affiliates.
The Website provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services, lead management, scheduling, and organizational management solutions for sales centers, customer service centers, and businesses seeking operational control and improved organizational efficiency.
The Website is a browser-based web application available at all times through an Internet connection after logging in with a personal username and password (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
These Terms of Use are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
TasKey reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Acceptance of the Terms of Use
Browsing the Website, registering, logging in, or using any service offered through the Website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Users who do not agree to these Terms must refrain from using the Website.
The right to use the Website is personal and may not be transferred.
User Account and Responsibilities
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
The User declares that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and lawful.
Use of the Website is permitted only for users who are at least 18 years of age.
Accounts belonging to users under the age of 18 may be suspended or deleted.
TasKey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use or any applicable law.
Service Availability and Limitations
TasKey does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Website and shall not be liable for any interruptions resulting from maintenance, system updates, Internet outages, or events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
TasKey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or the services offered through it at any time without prior notice.
Payments, Billing, and Cancellations
Access to certain services may require a paid subscription.
Failure to provide valid payment information may result in the suspension or termination of the service.
TasKey reserves the right to update its pricing, billing cycles, and subscription terms at its sole discretion.
It is the User’s responsibility to cancel their subscription at least seventy-two (72) hours before the renewal date.
Refunds, where applicable, will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Ownership of Information and Information Security
All information entered into the Website remains the exclusive property of the User.
TasKey does not claim ownership of User data and does not sell, trade, or use such data for commercial purposes.
TasKey implements reasonable technological and organizational security measures; however, the User acknowledges that no system can be completely secure.
Third-Party Services
TasKey may integrate with or rely on third-party services.
TasKey is not responsible for the availability, performance, or quality of such third-party services.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property rights displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of TasKey.
No part of them may be used without TasKey’s prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the Website is solely at the User’s own risk.
TasKey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the Website or the inability to use the Website.
Termination
TasKey reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time due to violations of these Terms, operational, legal, or security considerations.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
The courts of competent jurisdiction in Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.
Any claim must be filed within four (4) months, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Facebook Integration (Meta Platforms)
TasKey allows users to optionally connect their Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Facebook”) account in order to view and manage the User’s lead data within the TasKey CRM system.
By connecting a Facebook account, the User authorizes TasKey to access certain data solely in accordance with the permissions explicitly granted by the User and the applicable Meta Platform policies.
Facebook Permissions Used
TasKey may access the following information only after obtaining the User’s explicit consent:
- A list of Facebook Pages managed by the User (
pages_show_list). - Business Manager information associated with the User (
business_management). - Lead data collected through Facebook Lead Forms connected to the User’s Facebook Pages.
Purpose of Using Facebook Data
The data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Selecting Facebook Pages managed by the User.
- Displaying leads within the TasKey dashboard.
- Viewing and managing only the User’s own lead data.
TasKey does not publish content to Facebook, send automated messages, run advertising campaigns, modify Facebook assets, share Facebook data with third parties, or collect data without the User’s explicit action.
Access to Facebook data is granted only after the User authenticates through Facebook Login.
Retention and Deletion of Facebook Data
Facebook data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the CRM functionality.
Users may request the deletion of Facebook-related data at any time by contacting:
After verification of the request, the data will be deleted within thirty (30) days unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
TasKey’s use of Facebook data fully complies with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and applicable data use restrictions.
Use of Advertising Data
TasKey CRM integrates with Meta Platforms to display advertising performance data in read-only mode. By connecting a Facebook account, the User authorizes TasKey CRM to access advertising performance data using the ads_read permission. TasKey CRM does not create, modify, manage, or publish advertisements on the User’s behalf. The User may disconnect their Facebook account at any time, at which point TasKey CRM will immediately stop accessing the advertising data.
WhatsApp Business Platform Integration
TasKey CRM provides an optional integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). This integration enables businesses to securely connect, manage, and communicate through their own WhatsApp Business Account using Meta’s official Embedded Signup process and the official WhatsApp Business Platform APIs.
The integration is initiated solely by the user. TasKey CRM does not access any WhatsApp Business assets until the user has explicitly authenticated with Meta and granted the required permissions during the Embedded Signup authorization process.
User Authorization
By choosing to connect a WhatsApp Business Account, the user authorizes TasKey CRM to access and manage the WhatsApp Business assets that have been explicitly approved through Meta’s authorization process.
The permissions granted are limited to those required to provide the WhatsApp Business features requested by the user.
Users may revoke these permissions or disconnect the integration at any time through TasKey CRM or through their Meta Business settings.

Depending on the permissions granted by the user, TasKey CRM may access and process the following WhatsApp Business Platform assets:
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
- WhatsApp Business Account ID
- Phone Number ID
- Business Profile Information
- Display Name
- Verified Business Information
- Messaging Configuration
- Message Templates
- Template Categories
- Template Approval Status
- Template Synchronization Information
- Webhook Configuration
- Webhook Events
- Messaging Settings
- Customer Conversations
- Incoming Messages
- Outgoing Messages
- Media Metadata
- Message Delivery Status
- Read Status
- Message Timestamps
- Conversation Metadata
- Account Configuration necessary for providing WhatsApp Business services
TasKey CRM only accesses data that has been explicitly authorized by the user through Meta.
Purpose of Accessing WhatsApp Business Data
TasKey CRM processes WhatsApp Business Platform data solely for providing CRM and customer communication services requested by the user.
These services include:
- Connecting a user’s WhatsApp Business Account through Meta Embedded Signup.
- Displaying connected WhatsApp Business Account information.
- Managing the connected WhatsApp Business Account.
- Synchronizing WhatsApp Business configuration.
- Creating, editing, submitting, synchronizing, and managing WhatsApp message templates.
- Submitting message templates to Meta for approval.
- Displaying template approval status and synchronization results.
- Sending WhatsApp Business messages on behalf of the connected business when initiated or configured by the user and in accordance with WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
- Receiving customer messages within the TasKey CRM inbox.
- Displaying conversations, message history, delivery status, read receipts, timestamps, and conversation details.
- Managing customer conversations within the CRM.
- Supporting automation, workflows, notifications, and customer support features configured by the user.
- Maintaining webhook connections required for receiving real-time WhatsApp Business events.
- Maintaining the technical configuration required for providing WhatsApp Business Platform functionality.
TasKey CRM accesses WhatsApp Business Platform data exclusively for providing the services requested by the user.
Data Usage Restrictions
TasKey CRM does not:
- Access personal WhatsApp accounts.
- Send messages without user authorization.
- Read or process WhatsApp Business data beyond the permissions granted by the user.
- Sell, rent, license, or share WhatsApp Business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Use WhatsApp Business data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.
- Use customer conversations to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without the explicit consent of the customer and the business.
Security
TasKey CRM is committed to protecting WhatsApp Business Platform data.
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:
- Secure HTTPS/TLS encrypted communication.
- Secure authentication and authorization procedures.
- Restricted access to authorized personnel and systems.
- Protection against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
- Continuous monitoring of system security where applicable.
Data Storage and Retention
TasKey CRM stores WhatsApp Business Platform data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Stored information may include business account configuration, message templates, conversation history, message metadata, webhook information, and related CRM records necessary for providing the service.
Data Deletion
Users may disconnect their WhatsApp Business Account at any time.
Upon disconnection or upon receiving a valid deletion request, TasKey CRM will delete or anonymize WhatsApp Business Platform data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or necessary for resolving legal disputes, enforcing agreements, or complying with regulatory obligations.
Ownership of Data
All WhatsApp Business Platform data remains the property of the respective business and, where applicable, Meta Platforms, Inc.
TasKey CRM acts solely as a service provider processing such data on behalf of the user for the purpose of delivering the requested CRM functionality.
Compliance
TasKey CRM uses the WhatsApp Business Platform in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, applicable Meta Developer Policies, and all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
TasKey CRM accesses WhatsApp Business Platform data exclusively through Meta’s officially supported APIs and only after receiving explicit authorization from the user.
By connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, the user acknowledges and agrees that TasKey CRM may access and process the authorized WhatsApp Business Platform data solely for the purposes described in this Agreement.
Google Services Integration – Terms and Conditions
TasKey allows Users to optionally connect their Google Account, including Google Calendar, through secure Google OAuth authentication for calendar scheduling and synchronization purposes.
The connection is entirely voluntary and is initiated solely by the User.
Scope of Google Calendar Integration
By connecting Google Calendar, the User authorizes TasKey to perform two-way synchronization between Google Calendar and the TasKey platform, including:
Reading calendar events
Creating calendar events
Updating calendar events
Deleting calendar events
Synchronizing data between the two systems
All actions are limited exclusively to calendar scheduling and management activities initiated by the User.
User Responsibilities
The User is solely responsible for managing and authorizing the connection to Google services.
Changes made within the TasKey platform may be reflected in Google Calendar, and changes made in Google Calendar may be reflected in TasKey through two-way synchronization. TasKey is not responsible for manual changes made outside the TasKey platform.
Restrictions on the Use of Google Data
Google User Data is used solely to provide Google Calendar functionality, is not used for advertising or marketing purposes, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Revoking Access
The User may revoke TasKey’s access at any time through their Google Account settings or directly within the TasKey platform. Upon revocation, TasKey will immediately cease all access to Google User Data.
Compliance with Google Policies
TasKey’s use of Google APIs fully complies with the
Google API Services User Data Policy

Terms and Conditions for Google Calendar Integration
TasKey
These Terms and Conditions apply solely to the use of Google Calendar integration within the TasKey platform through Google OAuth.
Optional Connection and User Consent
The connection between TasKey and Google Calendar is optional and initiated only by the user.
By choosing to connect Google Calendar, the user explicitly authorizes TasKey to access and manage calendar events in accordance with the permissions displayed during the Google OAuth consent process.
Scope of Functionality
The Google Calendar integration enables two-way synchronization between TasKey and the user’s Google Calendar.
This functionality allows TasKey to:
Read calendar events from Google Calendar
Create new calendar events in Google Calendar
Update existing calendar events
Delete calendar events
Synchronize event changes between TasKey and Google Calendar
TasKey does not access or use Google services beyond what is necessary to provide this functionality.
User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for:
Initiating the Google Calendar connection
Ensuring the accuracy of event information created or modified through TasKey
Managing connected Google accounts and permissions
TasKey is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, incorrect event data, or calendar availability issues resulting from user actions or third-party service limitations.
No Automatic Invitations or Communications
Unless explicitly enabled in the future, TasKey:
Does not send calendar invitations to attendees
Does not add participants to events
Does not create Google Meet links
Does not send email notifications on behalf of the user
All calendar events are synchronized only to the user’s own calendar.
Data Access and Security
TasKey accesses Google Calendar data only for the duration necessary to provide active synchronization.
All access is governed by Google OAuth permissions approved by the user.
TasKey does not store Google account passwords and employs reasonable security measures to protect user data.
Revocation of Access
The user may revoke TasKey’s access to Google Calendar at any time by:
Removing the authorization via Google Account security settings, or
Disconnecting Google Calendar within the TasKey platform
Upon revocation, TasKey immediately ceases all access to Google Calendar data.
Third-Party Services
Google Calendar is a third-party service governed by Google’s own terms and policies.
TasKey is not responsible for service availability, outages, or changes made by Google that may affect calendar synchronization.
Limitation of Liability
TasKey provides the Google Calendar integration on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TasKey shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Google Calendar integration, including data loss, synchronization delays, or service interruptions.
Changes to These Terms
TasKey reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Google Calendar integration following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
